Hector’s Whips and My Love for Cars
Today, I want to share with you an aspect of my life that perhaps not everyone knows: my facet as an investor and entrepreneur, beyond my well-known profession as a lawyer. Many identify me with my work in the legal field, especially on social networks as lawyer Quiroga, but the truth is that my interest and business activity extend to other horizons.
Among my various investments and companies, today I especially want to talk to you about one that is very dear to me: Hector’s Whips. This is a car rental business that I founded in the Spokane area, near the airport, which represents not only a financial investment but also a personal passion for cars. Currently, our fleet is growing, already having approximately 25 vehicles in constant motion.
Starting Hector’s Whips was an adventure that began in October 2021, at a time when the pandemic had radically transformed many economic sectors, including vehicle rental. With the decrease in travel and the sale of fleets by large companies, a unique opportunity arose to acquire vehicles at affordable prices and launch our own offer in the market.
My experience in business management, developed through the direction of my law firm, has been fundamental to expanding this project. The skills acquired in legal practice, such as leadership, team building, and talent recruitment, are applicable and have been successfully transferred to the business sphere of vehicle rentals.
Hector’s Whips was born from the vision of leveraging platforms like Turo, an application that has revolutionized the way people rent vehicles, similar to how other technologies have transformed their respective fields. This new shared economy, where you can “lend” almost anything, from houses to cars, has allowed our business to not only grow but also offer our clients a unique and convenient experience.

We target a market segment that values both luxury and performance, ensuring that our clients enjoy a superior driving experience. From family vehicles to more luxurious and sporty options, our fleet is designed to meet various tastes and needs.
